Architecture and decoration

The architectural design of the first phase was in charge of the architect Miguel Reyes Musa, who used a modern and easy style with the need to create an informal beach environment. Similarly, was involved the prestigious firm of the architect Juan Pérez Morales, who has more than 30 years of experience. In general, the design of the project was based on a Caribbean architecture, with noble materials such as: wood, stone and glass, allowing buildings to look lighter and beach style but keeping a modern and innovative design. Transparency is the key element in the buildings to exploit the ecological wealth and the view towards the beach.

The decoration was put in the hands of the famous interior designer, Patricia Reid Baquero Pérez, who decorated spaces with Indonesian and Caribbean details, using materials of the native area. The excellent architecture and her originality to decorate the perfect formula for achieving spaces more comfortable and relaxing you can imagine; those beautifully awaken the desire to do a replica of the same and enjoy them daily.
